If you have not yet downloaded your manual, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.
If you’ve already downloaded within 7 days and are unhappy, we offer a swap to any manual of equal value, or store credit for the same amount.
To protect against download fraud, our system records the IP address, geographic location, and technical details at the moment of each instant download. We take fraudulent refund claims seriously and will act accordingly.
All physical USB products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.
USB orders include a materials and processing charge of £49.99 plus applicable postage at the rates shown below.
